Fees paid to Zuvera Global are for professional consultancy services, administrative support, document review, guidance, and assistance. Payment of fees does not guarantee any particular result. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees paid are subject to the applicable Refund Policy and may not be recoverable once services have commenced.
Clients agree to cooperate fully throughout the application process and to provide requested documentation, information, and responses within reasonable timeframes. Zuvera Global shall not be responsible for missed deadlines, application refusals, delays, or complications resulting from a client's failure to provide information, respond to communications, attend appointments, or comply with instructions.
