Refund Policy

At Zuvera Global, we are committed to providing professional consultancy and guidance services. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

All fees paid to Zuvera Global are for consultancy, guidance, administrative support, document review, application assistance, and related professional services. Fees are not paid in exchange for a guaranteed admission offer, visa approval, scholarship award, or any specific outcome.

Once a consultation has been conducted, a profile assessment has been completed, documents have been reviewed, or work has commenced on a client's case, the service shall be deemed to have started and the corresponding fees become non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • A university rejects an application.
  • A visa application is refused or delayed.
  • A scholarship application is unsuccessful.
  • The client changes their mind after services have commenced.
  • The client decides not to proceed with an application.
  • The client fails to provide required information or documents.
  • The client submits inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • A university, embassy, visa centre, or government authority changes its requirements, policies, fees, or procedures.
  • Delays occur that are outside the control of Zuvera Global.

If a client cancels a service before any work has commenced, Zuvera Global may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund after deducting any administrative, payment processing, or consultation charges already incurred.

Any fees paid directly to universities, embassies, visa application centres, government authorities, language testing organisations, courier companies, or third-party service providers are strictly non-refundable through Zuvera Global. Requests for refunds relating to such fees must be directed to the relevant organisation in accordance with their policies.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Zuvera Global reserves the right to refuse service or terminate engagement with a client if abusive behaviour, harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, or the provision of false information is identified. In such cases, no refund shall be due.

By engaging Zuvera Global's services and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
